5-6 % and knowing very well it would be 2% just to make it look like they are doing us a favor...that way it is a way of sneaking it up...Wow every single year it goes up and last year was very high....wish i could get raises like that...

Further more most of the people who live up there are get paid through all of our tax dollars that we all pay for....
We need the buildings so they gotta get built and that is the area to expand and gain more tax revenue to pay for the new arena, wage hikes etc.

Well there is no escaping this the town needs the tax dollars for continuing population and costs. There is no stopping the homeless people from going up in that area either they are already up there. I guess there are lots of hiding places up there and they to find ot a quiet area. I saw multiple carts and bags hanging off peoples arms up there last week.
Must be some good areas.
