On Jan. 7, 2024, at approximately 10:20 p.m. the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested two people who were in breach of previous release conditions.
Police conducted a traffic stop on Roman Avenue in Elliot Lake after recognizing the vehicle and occupants. The driver was failing to comply with conditions on a Probation Order.
Dennis Hould, 68-years-old, of Elliot Lake, was charged with two counts of fail to comply with Probation Order. He is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Elliot Lake on Feb. 8, 2024.
The passenger, Jennifer Stubbert, 42-years-old, of Elliot Lake was currently wanted on an outstanding warrant from Greater Sudbury Police Service for failing to attend court.
