Police looking to identify person at local apartment complex

Police say the person was involved in 'numerous occurences of concern'

The East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is asking for assistance with regards to an investigation at an apartment building in Elliot Lake during the night of July 17, 2023.

At approximately 11:15 p.m. this person was involved in numerous occurrences of concern that police are currently investigating. The person looks to be male, approximately 25-30 years-old, 5'8"-5'10" tall, thin-medium build, short dark hair, brown eyes, dark birth mark or scab on the back of right elbow, white and black New Balance shoes, black glasses, black pants, and a black t-shirt with "ROCK CITY" or something similar on sleeve.
