OPP seeking suspects after pair of retail robberies in Espanola

Two separate thefts occurred on Nov. 19 and Nov. 22 at retail store on Highway 17

On Nov. 23, 2022 at approximately 2:30 p.m., the Manitoulin Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a theft complaint at a retail store on Highway 17 in Espanola.

The complainant reported that a pair of children's moccasins and two fur hats were stolen on Nov. 19, 2022. A second theft occurred on Nov. 22, 2022, where six pairs of moccasins and two coats were stolen.

The OPP is asking for the public's assistance in identifying four people of interest that were pictured in security camera footage.
