Police say they have laid additional charges against an Elliot Lake resident in an ongoing harassment investigation after executing a search warrant.

The East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police said they executed the warrant April 30 at a residence on McQuarrie Place and arrested a person in relation to complaints from a neighbour.

The complainant reported the suspect taking pictures and video of them when he was on conditions not to.

There is a history of harassment from the neighbour who was previously charged, the OPP said in a news release.

As a result of the warrant execution, the neighbour was arrested again and numerous electronic devices were seized, according to police.

Jeffrey Clark, 66, from Elliot Lake, was charged with two counts of criminal harassment - beset and watch complainant.

The accused was scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Bail Court in Blind River.
