SABLES-SPANISH RIVERS TOWNSHIP – Provincial police are requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing person.
On Aug. 14, shortly after 12 p.m., the Manitoulin OPP say they received a report of a missing person from Sables-Spanish Rivers Township.
Police said in a news release that the missing person, who they identified as Kayla, 33, was last heard from on Aug. 10 when she contacted family stating she was in Toronto.
Kayla is described as:
- Caucasian female
- 5 ft. 6 in. tall
- 310 lbs
- short brown hair
- hazel eyes
The OPP and family are concerned for her well-being.
Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is urged to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or their nearest police authority.
