A 60-year-old Elliot Lake man faces charges for uttering threats after an ongoing dispute with a neighbour.
East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police responded to an incident on Ste. Camilius Crescent in Elliot Lake on May 17. The complainant reported on-going disputes with a neighbour. On this date, the neighbour threatened to damage property belonging to the complainant, according to a news release. A recording of the event was provided to police and one person was arrested and charged.
George Dudgeon was charged with uttering threats and damage property.
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Elliot Lake on July 11.
