Man charged in Plummer Additional Township 'neighbour dispute'

A man is facing charges in what Ontario Provincial Police are calling a neighbour dispute.

Officers were called to Plummer Road in Plummer Additional Township at around 9 p.m. Thursday.

Police are accusing the suspect of trespassing on his neighbour’s property and cutting an apple tree.

They say the suspect was on conditions to not be on the property.

Vladimir Wynnchuk, 49, of Plummer Additional Township has been charged with:

  • Mischief-Destroys or Damages Property
  • Failure to Comply with Undertaking

The accused is scheduled to appear in an Elliot Lake court on October 5.
