On Jan. 27, 2018, at approximately 3:40 a.m., members of the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a disturbance call at a residence on Hillside Drive South in the City of Elliot Lake.
The complainant had reported a known female was outside the residence demanding to be let in. Once inside, an altercation took place and the female departed on foot prior to police arrival. Police located the female walking on Hillside Drive South and was subsequently arrested due to her level of intoxication.
Alanna Wilson, 22 years of age, of Elliot Lake, Ont., was charged with:
- Assault, contrary to section 266 of the CC.
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Elliot Lake on March 13, 2018.
