On Jan. 23, 2018 at approximately 11:49 a.m., members of the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a male on Mississauga Avenue, Elliot Lake, Ont. in relation to a previous harassment call.
The complainant reported being previously harassed by a known male in a neighbourhood in Elliot Lake, Ont. After police investigation, the male was arrested and charged.
Jason Henderson, 43 years of age from Elliot Lake, Ont. was charged with:
- Criminal harassment - repeatedly follow, contrary to section 264(2)(a) of the Criminal Code (CC),
- Fail to comply with probation order, contrary to section 733.1(1) of the CC.
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Bail Court in Blind River on Jan. 24, 2018.
