ELLIOT LAKE - On March 30, 2021 at approximately 1:11 p.m., East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to a disturbance at a townhouse complex on Spruce Avenue in Elliot Lake.
Upon arrival, police recognized a person in the parking lot who had breached prior release conditions. The person failed to comply with numerous conditions on a previous release order. Subsequently, the person was arrested and charged.
Jennifer Stubbert, 39 years old of Elliot Lake, was charged with:
• Fail to comply with undertaking (two counts), contrary to section 145(4)(a) of the Criminal Code (CC)
The accused was scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Bail Court in Blind River on March 31, 2021.
