Passed away at Golden Birches on Monday, August 28, 2023, after a lengthy battle with cancer.
Predeceased by her parents Mervyn and Helen Young.
Mother of Neil (late), Leo and Nadine (Scott).
Sister to Lois (late Tim), Garnet (Kim), Karen and Kevin (Laurene).
Friend of Ron O’Quinn.
Private ceremony will be held by the family at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Health Sciences North Foundation.
The family wishes to thank the staff of both Extendicare Maple View and Golden Birches for their excellent care and compassion they gave to Terry.
Terry had many jobs in her life and as a Chartered Accountant worked at several municipalities, at St. Joseph’s Villa and at Cameco. She touched many lives and always made great friends along the way and her positive outlook, good sense of humor and laugh will be missed by all who knew her.
