September 3, 1941 – March 25, 2023
After a short battle with pulmonary fibrosis Albert passed away at SAH, age 81. Beloved husband of Sheila (nee Weir). Loving father of Margaret Ayala (Glenn), Andrew (Tina), Anthony (Elizabeth) and Nicolas. Proud Grandpa of Mackenzie, Michaela, Alyssa, Dylan, Rachel, Logan, Hayden, Amaya and Noah and Great Grandpa of Oakland. Predeceased by his parents Edward and Dorothy, siblings Donald (late Mary), Judy Rodgers (late John), Joy Booth (late Arthur) and Janie as well as brother-in-law Stanley Weir (Marg).
Lovingly remembered by Norman Weir (Jen), Donelda White (Eric), Lionel Weir (late Glenna, Bonnie), Lynda Weir (late Andy Blouin, late Willy Pestel) and Arlene King (Byron) as well as many nieces and nephews.
Albert retired from CP Express and Transport as a supervisor. He enjoyed woodworking and made a variety of things. He also liked gardening and playing euchre at the Sowerby Hall. He and Sheila were longtime members at Bramalea Church of Christ and Thessalon Church of Christ.
Sheila and family would like to thank those who were there to support, encourage and help where they could. They especially want to thank Thessalon Church of Christ for being so helpful.
