Patrick was born January 9th, 2022.
He sadly passed away on January 20th 2022
Patrick will be missed by his father Bradley Hornby, Mother Lynn MacDonald.
Brothers Grant Maitland, Joseph Zawacki, Sister Catrina McDonald.
Patrick will also be sadly missed by Grandparents Michael James Whalen,
Trina Palmer, Michael Hornby, Amanda Donvion. Grandfather Paul MacDonald.

Aunts and Uncles Tasha Whalen, Michael Whalen Jr, Samantha Whalen,
Sonni MacDonald, Paul MacDonald Jr, Brandon Hornby, Kyla Donvian,

And also missed by Nieces and Nephews
Patrick is now where he can rest in peace.
He will always be in our hearts forever.
