It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of Anatole Renaud with his beloved wife of 64 years Ruthanne by his side. He will be forever loved and missed by his best friend Ruthanne (nee Ingram) and his sons David (Debbie), Daniel (Maria), Douglas (Carol) and Duane (Lana). Beloved grandpa of Douglas Paul, Ashley, Renée, Michael, Natalie, Tim, Alicia, Jacob and Paige. Anatole will be fondly remembered by numerous great grandchildren, brothers, brother in laws, sister in laws, nieces, nephews, friends and extended family in Quebec. Predeceased by his loving parents Leo and Albertine Fecteau as well as his brothers and sisters.
As a young man he came to Thessalon from Quebec where he met and married Ruthanne. They eventually moved to Sault Ste. Marie where together they started Fecteau and Sons Construction. Through hard work and determination Anatole and Ruthanne raised 4 children and had the privilege of serving numerous people in the Algoma region where he was well known and respected.
The family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses and the staff at F.J. Davey Home for their loving care.
