It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail Patricia Fearn on February 17, 2021 at 67-years-old. She will be lovingly remembered by her son Ian Leighton, wife Jessica and granddaughter Kaelee.
Gail will also be fondly remembered by her surviving family members, her mother Fernande Fearn, siblings Judy (Ron), Karen (Jacques), Kevin, David (Jenn), and Jeff (Jean). Gail was predeceased by her sister Lynn Fearn-Stewart (Bruce).
She leaves behind her nieces and nephews Elizabeth (Brennan), Paula, John (Bea), David, Emily, Kara, Angela ,Mathew, Brenden (Ana) Rylan (Meghan), and Lauren as well as her great niece Penelope and nephew Elliot.
Gail will be remembered for her ability to bring out the best in the children she worked with, helping them foster academic and emotional skills. She had a deep, abiding love for her son, Ian, and welcomed his wife and child into her family with open arms. Gail had a love of nature and spent many hours camping, swimming, and walking.
