On July 24, 2023 supported by her daughters, Beth took her final trip where she was reunited with her sweetheart Bill, along with their infant son Larry. Beth's parents Bill and Leona, brothers Lawrence and Billy Leddy were also there to welcome her.

Elliot Lake was where Beth settled for over 65 years to raise a family, but HOME was where her kids were. In August of 2022, she courageously moved to Barrie to be with her daughters Catherine (Michael) Greene, Janice (Mike) Wilson, and Andrea Emmerson. This meant that her seven grandkids Bailey, William, Ella, Skeets, Sean, Jake and Nicholas were readily available to provide Gramma with tales of their adventures and lots of laughs.

Leaving Elliot lake meant she left many cherished friends behind, but she took comfort in the countless phone calls and drop-in visits. Her kind spirit enabled her to quickly make new friends in the short time she was in Barrie.

Beth's family tree sprouted multiple branches. No matter what direction those branches grew, they originated from the same Leddy roots. Her siblings Kay Koellner, Manny (Jan) Hogeveen, Peter (Andrea) Leddy and Rosanne Leddy along with cousins, nieces and nephews will all be impacted by the absence of Beth's branch.

A funeral mass is being held on Wednesday August 2, 2023 at St. Mary's Catholic Church located at 65 Amelia St. Barrie, ON at 11:00 am followed by a reception.

In lieu of flowers, Beth's request was a donation to a charity of your choice or to send flowers to someone to brighten their day.

"When tomorrow comes without me,

Don't think we're far apart.

For everytime you think of me,

I'm right there in your heart."
