BOWEN, Dianne (nee Alton)

We are devastated and heart broken to announce the unexpected passing of Dianne, in her home at the age of 59. Beloved partner and all-around best friend of Jerry Boyer. Proud mother of Angela (Hank), Melanie (Stephan), Donald (Jennifer) and Danielle (and her fur baby Shaw). Deeply loved and missed by her grandchildren Austin, Wyatt, Layla and Hudson. Loving step mother of Sheri (Scott), Cheryl, Ashley (Dakota), Samantha (Chad) and Louis and their children Alex, Milla, Seairra, Nevaeh, Lily, Brayden, Talia, Violet and Malcolm. Forever in the hearts of her siblings Mary, Albert, Peggy, Bella, Tim, their spouses and her many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She will be forever missed by her furry friend Makoons.

Dianne was happiest outdoors spending time with family and friends. Sitting around the campfire and enjoying a drink was her favorite thing to do. Dianne was deeply proud of her children and grandchildren. Family meant the world to her. She was a fierce supporter of Indigenous causes and the Canadian Military. We will dearly miss her beautiful smile, firecracker attitude and honest guidance.    

We will surely see you at the campfire on the other side.

Per Dianne’s request, cremation has taken place and a private family Celebration of her Life will be held at a later date.
