May 11, 1935 – August 3, 2023
Peacefully at NSHN-Blind River surrounded by family, age 88. Reunited with his beloved wife Frances. Proud father of Anita (Rick) and Maureen (Rob). Papa to Valerie (David), John Anthony (Jessica), Joanna, Heather, and Wayne. Great-grandfather to Joseph, Madison, Hailey, Maryjane, Lily, Sadie, and Hannah. He will be remembered fondly by his brothers, sisters and extended family in Holland.
Never officially retiring, Tony was a renowned upholsterer and carpet layer for the North Shore area. He loved the Toronto Blue Jays, music and euchre. He loved visiting the casino and breaking bread with family. His laugh will never be forgotten.
The family would like to thank the nursing staff at NSHN-Blind River, and his personal support workers Naomi and Christa for the extra care they always showed.
A private celebration of life will be held by the family.
