Noah Singh, 19, is wanted on 11 charges in connection to the April 21 murder of Joe Cabigon at Overtime Sports Bar and Grill in Sudbury.

Crime Stoppers is offering a $2,000 reward for any information that leads to the arrest of 19-year-old Noah Singh, who is wanted in connection with a fatal shooting at a northern Ontario sports bar.

On the evening of April 21, Greater Sudbury Police said multiple men were involved in a verbal altercation at Overtime Sports Bar. The group was ejected from the establishment, but according to a statement issued by the bar's owner, a group involved in the altercation returned a short while later and fatally shot 22-year-old Joe Cabigon.

Incidentally, the pickup truck police say was used as the getaway vehicle after the shooting was seized by police late last month. Not only was the truck used in the Overtime shooting, police allege, it was also used in the commission of several other crimes.

One arrest has already been made in relation to the killing: a 16-year-old who was apprehended in Toronto on April 29. But police are still looking for Singh, who faces 11 charges, including being a party to first-degree murder.

“Noah Singh is believed to have fled the Sudbury area and his whereabouts are unknown,” Crime Stoppers stated this week. “Do not approach Singh as he is a dangerous person.”

Along with first-degree murder, Singh is charged with:

  • First-degree murder (party to offence)
  • Conspiracy to commit murder
  • Utter threats
  • Possess weapon for dangerous purpose
  • Possess firearm knowing the serial number has been tampered with
  • Carry concealed weapon
  • Unauthorized possession of a restricted firearm
  • Unauthorized possession of a weapon
  • Possession of a restricted firearm with ammunition
  • Possess firearm or ammunition contrary to prohibition order (2 counts)
  • Fail to comply with sentence

Singh is described as five-foot-five, 115 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

None of the allegations against him have been tested in court and he is considered innocent unless proven guilty.
