Wanted federal inmate known to frequent Kapuskasing

TORONTO - The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of parole.

Sebastian Therrien is described as an Indigenous male, 26 years of age, 6'3" (191cm), 170 lbs (77kg) with black hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his neck and on his right forearm he has tattooed the name "Urijah". On his left hand between his thumb and index finger he has the letters "NWA" tattooed.

He is serving a three year and one month sentence for aggravated assault, break and enter, and wear a disguise with intent.

The offender is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area and the town of Kapuskasing.
