The City of Elliot Lake is closing city hall and other services on Friday for National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. It's also closing Paris Park on Tuesday for tree removal.
Paris Park will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday this week for tree removal.
"Heavy Equipment and Saws will be in use and the park will be fenced off during this process," says a release from the city.
The public is being asked to use extra caution if in the area and to refrain from entering the park.

City buildings will be closed on Friday, Sept. 29 for the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation which falls on Saturday, Sept. 30.0
City Transit Services will be available and the landfill will be operating its normal hours.
