Grade 5 and 6 students from Central Avenue Public School are taking part in several events to raise money for their upcoming year end trip. The events at Collins Hall today wrap up at 3 p.m.
A popular part of the fundraiser is the car wash where students are taking extra time and care to wash and rinse a steady stream of vehicles. There is also a yard sale, a bottle drive and food sales.
The year end trip will take the students to Sudbury for an overnight stay where they will visit Science North, a trampoline facility and see a movie.
