Santa to pay a visit to the dog park

If you want a picture of your dog with Santa, your chance is coming up

Santa Claus will be paying an early visit to Elliott Lake this year.

The harbinger of Christmas will spend a few hours at the Elliot Lake dog park on Saturday, Nov.. 27.

While he's in town, Santa will hand out some treats to his four-legged fans at the Pearson Dog Park, then pose for pictures with the dogs.

From 11 a.m. to noon, Santa will welcome dogs with accommodations, then from noon to 1 p.m. he'll entertain small dogs.

Medium sized dogs will get their chance for pictures and a treat at 1:30 p.m.

Large dogs take the stage at 3 p.m.

Owners are welcome to take their own pictures or a photo can be sent to them for $5 including free delivery, in Elliot Lake.

The event is sponsored by the Elliot Lake Dog Park Committee.
