Do you know of a Northern Ontario business or entrepreneur that deserves recognition for their achievements? Nominate them today for a Northern Ontario Business Award (NOBA).

Each year, the Northern Ontario Business Awards celebrate outstanding organizations and business leaders that are making lasting contributions to their communities and to the region.

Since the program launched in 1986, more than 300 recipients have been recognized.

  • Entrepreneur of the Year
  • Young Entrepreneur of the Year
  • Innovation Award
  • Export Award
  • Indigenous Business Award of Excellence

  • Judges' Choice Award

Eligibility criteria for each of the categories are available here.

The deadline to submit nominations is Friday, Oct. 7 at 5 p.m. Candidates can be nominated using our online form, which is accessible here.

Submissions will then be judged by a panel of business leaders from across Northern Ontario, and award recipients will be announced in the fall. Profiles and videos celebrating the winners will be published on the Northern Ontario Business website.
