Michael Mantha was recently removed from the NDP caucus while an investigation into alleged workplace misconduct continued.

As VillageMedia's The Trillium reported, the last time Algoma—Manitoulin MPP Michael Mantha was in the legislature for his regular duties was Dec. 8, 2022; the day the winter break began. He didn't return when the house resumed its sitting on Feb. 21.

ElliotLakeToday visited his constituency office today and found it closed and empty but there was a sign on the door saying it would reopen Tuesday.

Mantha's statement follows.

April 3, 2023,
