Blind River has suspended some services, including residents from attending the municipal office due to the current pandemic lockdown announced by the provincial government.

“In an effort to keep you, and our staff safe, the Blind River Municipal Office will not be accepting any residents during the provincial lockdown,” a notice from the town stated. “The following services will not be available until further notice: Marriage licenses, business licenses, lottery licenses and commissioning."

The town is informing residents that payments can be made via electronic means at [email protected], or by dropping off a cheque in one of our drop boxes located at the front and back doors of the office.

Inquiries can also be made by calling the office at 705-356-2251 Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
