Rainfall warning in effect for:
- Elliot Lake - Ranger Lake
Rain, at times heavy, expected to continue today.
Rainfall amounts of 40 to 70 mm are expected. As of 5 a.m., some areas have already received in excess of 50 mm.
Rain will taper off this evening.
This rain is the result of a Colorado Low that will track through parts of northeastern Ontario today.
Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.
Rainfall warnings are issued when significant rainfall is expected.
