Elliot Lake City Council and city staff are saddened to learn of the recent passing of Mr. Rosario Capillo.
All city flags are flying at half-mast in recognition of the former councillor’s lasting contributions to this community.
Rosario served as a councillor in Elliot Lake for many years from the 70s until as recently as 2003.
We offer our condolences to all of Rosario Capillo’s family and friends.
