Winter weather travel advisory in effect.

Hazards:
Reduced visibilities in blowing snow and heavy snow.
Wind gusts of 60 to 70 km/h.

Timing:
Late this evening through tonight.

Discussion:
A reduction in visibilities from heavy snow and blowing snow is expected with the passage of a cold front later this evening.

Impacts:

Travel may be hazardous due to sudden changes in the weather. Take extra care when walking or driving in affected areas. If visibility is reduced while driving, slow down, watch for tail lights ahead and be prepared to stop. Visibility will be suddenly reduced to near zero at times in heavy snow and blowing snow.
