ELNOS to host hookups for area businesses and funders

Businesses looking to connect with potential funders will get their chance next month

Businesses wanting to explore potential funding possibilities are invited to attend several upcoming meetings to meet with funders.

ELNOS administrative assistant and economic development officer Becky Ewald said several funding venues are organized for mid-April to help businesses.

“In April, we are hosting a Funder’s Forum with the Huron North Community Economic Alliance (HNCEA ) for businesses and organizations,” she said. “ELNOS is hosting two forums in Elliot Lake and Blind River, and HNCEA is hosting two more in Echo Bay and Bruce Mines. “The goal is to connect businesses and organizations with the funders in the region and allow them the opportunity to discuss their needs one-on-one.

The meeting dates are Moose Lodge, Elliot Lake on April 15 at 7-9 pm,

Community Centre, Blind River on April 16 2024 at 7-9 pm, Community Hall, Echo Bay on April 24 at 6-8 pm and the Community Hall, Bruce Mines on April 25 at 6-8 pm.
