The Elliot Lake Amateur Theatre Ensemble (ELATE) is in final preparations for its fall presentation entitled "Two For The Show."

The four evening shows feature two one act plays with musicians Mark Robinson and Jim Graham rounding out the first two shows of comedy with music. The last two performances will feature the musical stylings of Elliot Lake’s own “Harmony.”

The performances are directed by Tom Turner.

The plays are: "Time Flies" by David Ives and "Consolation" by Charles George. The performance dates are November 10 and 11 and November 17 and 18 at Elliot Lake Secondary School drama room. Showtime is 7 p.m.

Seating is limited to 60 for each show and ELATE’s four spring performances were quickly sold out.

Tickets are now on sale at Alpine Flowers and Gifts in the Paris Plaza Elliot Lake for $20 each (cash only). There are no ticket sales at the door.
