A memorable Christmas activity took place in Blind River on Dec. 18 with the presentation of the community’s only living nativity. The students of École Saint-Joseph, with the support of school staff and parents, took part in this Christmas activity playing various roles. Dressed in costumes, students brought to life the roles of the nativity cast such as Joseph, Mary, the three kings, shepherds and angels.

They were accompanied by animals, all greeting the birth of Jesus Christ.

The school takes great pride that more than 400 members of the community followed the star of Bethlehem and gathered in front of Blind River’s living nativity.
