Council officially endorsed a sales and marketing plan for five waterfront lots on Dunlop Lake at its regular meeting Monday evening.

The plan was put forward by the Elliot Lake Residential Development Commission (ELRDC) and paves the way for the sale of five lots in the Sugar Bush Heights development on Dunlop.

The lots are part of the final Phase 1 waterfront development which included smaller lots sold off the adjacent Pine Pond Road.

They are selling with minimum bid from $95,000 to $131,000 and range in size from two acres to 5.2 acres.

The roadway into the lots has already been constructed and hydro is expected to go in in the spring.
