With that season when water freezes not far off, the City of Elliot Lake is advising residents of two parks related seasonal closures.
First off, if you're out at a park and "need to go", you'll need go somewhere else as public park washrooms will be closing for the winter season beginning next week, the city said in a news release.
Secondly, if you have youngsters, be advised that the splash pad at Kiwanis Park is now closed for the winter season, the city said.
