On Sept. 23, 2017, shortly after 8:30 a.m., members from the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police Detachment responded to a break and enter at a local business on Causley Street in the Town of Blind River.
Investigation determined that unknown male person smashed a glass door and entered R-Way Auto Parts and stole an Oregon chain saw. Video from the business was viewed and confirmed the theft occurred at 5:54 hrs on this date. The investigation is continuing.
Any person with information regarding the person(s) responsible for this incident should immediately contact the Ontario Provincial Police at 1-888-310-1122.
