Older items seldom seen today and new to younger students have entered the classroom of Grade 4 students at École Saint-Joseph in Blind River.

As part their French class, students wrote articles on the newly-discovered devices. Recently, one popular item introduced to students that caught their attention was the rotary phone.

The curious students were keen to discover how it worked and found it quite challenging to enter a phone number instead of sampling dialing it with the tip of their finger.
