In celebration of the provincial Franco-Ontarian Day on Sept. 25, the Franco-Ontarian flag was hoisted for the first time in the Blind River community at the Blind River Information Centre.
The ceremony was organized by the Club Richelieu and lead by students from École Saint-Joseph and École secondaire catholique Jeunesse-Nord.
Community members, students, Club Richelieu members and the mayor of Blind River gathered to take part in this historical event!
