Area's French public board reaches tentative agreement with union

Conseil scholaire public du Grand Nord de l'Ontario, the area's French public chool board, has announced it reached a tentative agreement with Fédération des enseignantes et enseignants des écoles secondaires de l’Ontario (FEÉSO) yesterday.

The three-year tentative agreement is retroactive to September 2019.

According to a press release issued today, the ratification meeting will be held in the next few weeks.

CSPGNO offers a French-language public education in thirteen elementary schools and eight secondary schools in the communities of Markstay, Noëlville, Greater Sudbury, Elliot Lake, Sault Ste. Marie, Wawa, Dubreuilville, Marathon, Manitouwadge and Longlac.
