This brings the Algoma region to a total of 63 confirmed cases.
APH advises the person, whose exposure category is unknown, was tested on Monday and is now self-isolating.
This brings the total number of active cases in the region to two. One is a non-Algoma resident who is temporarily in Algoma.
Through contact tracing, Algoma Public Health notifies all close contacts directly. If you are not contacted by Algoma Public Health, you are not considered a close contact.
