APH advises of potential low-risk COVID exposure at recent Bruce Mines wedding reception

Algoma Public Health issued an advisory Sunday evening of a low-risk COVID-19 exposure at a wedding reception in Bruce Mines on Aug. 7.

The advisory is for anyone who attended the event at 546 Plummer Rd. in Bruce Mines on Aug. 7 between 3 p.m. and midnight.

Attendees who are considered high-risk contacts have already been notified by APH.

All other attendees are considered to have low-risk exposure and are asked to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 for 10 days from the potential exposure date, self-isolate immediately if symptoms develop, and get tested if symptoms occur.
