Ethel Bellefeuille of Blind River is celebrating after winning a $100,000 top prize with Instant Crossword Tripler (Game #2136).

Ethel said she realized she was a big winner after using the Ticket Checker at the store. “I saw all the zeroes appear and started to panic!” she shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up her winnings. “I was so shocked I scanned it three times.”

The retired nurses aid said she called her daughter-in-law to tell her she needed her son to drive her to Toronto. “She couldn’t believe it – and neither can I – I’m so nervous. I’ve never seen this kind of money before,” she smiled.

Ethel plans to use her winnings to complete some home renovations.
