Enjoy Life While Building a Great Career

One of the most unique benefits of working as an industrial guard for NORPRO Security is the ability to have an incredible work-life balance. Industrial guards work 12-hour shifts, 7 days on and 7 days off, which means they are working for 6 months of the year while earning full-time wages.

This type of flexibility allows guards to have plenty of opportunities to pursue their own hobbies and passions without having to sacrifice their income. They can enjoy fishing, hunting, travelling, or extended family time during their days off.

NORPRO Security’s industrial guards are valued members of the company. They protect both people and property throughout Northern Ontario.

“Their role is essential to the operation of our clients’ businesses,” says Hollingsworth. “They often act as first responders on many of our sites.”
