The 60's Scoop is a media darling for SJWs, and the other side of the many relocations of young people from dysfunctional, abusive, families is never mentioned. If those children had been left in such situations, their subsequent rate of alcoholism, school dropouts, and suicide would also have been blamed on the governments.

I was privileged to have a "60's Scoop teenager as my foster son, helping him graduate from high school and go to college. He now has a lovely family and I was honoured to attend his wedding and the wedding of his daughter. Yet if he wanted to he could turn on me and cry to the 60's Scoop Healing Foundation for compensation of up to $25,000 i believe is the ransom allowed by this atrocious settlement per claim (out of a of $50,000,000 settlement ). That apparently was not enough of an apology for this First Nations lady stuck in her own time warp of grievance rather than appreciating the fortunate life she has and getting on with it.

Has anyone noticed that articles from the OPP will not use the third person pronouns of he, she, her, or him? They may sometimes use names but not the appropriate pronoun. They use ambiguous terms such as victim, assailant, resident, driver, passenger, etc. Perhaps this question about neutering our language should be offered as a poll question?
