ONTARIO PROVINCIAL POLICE

On May 7, 2019, at approximately 10:43 a.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police North East Regional Support Team and East Algoma uniform members were on patrol in the area of Hillside Drive South and Hirshhorn Avenue in the City of Elliot Lake.
A male was recognized who was wanted by police. As a result, police arrested the male.
Jacob Moore, 27 years of age, of Elliot Lake, Ont. was charged with:
- Failure to attend court, contrary to section 145(2) of the Criminal Code (CC).
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Elliot Lake, Ont. on June 4, 2019.
