ESPANOLA - On March 31, 2020 at approximately 5:58 a.m., members of the Manitoulin Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to an unwanted person at a residence in Espanola.
As a result of the investigation, Jennifer Yurko, 39 years old from Espanola, was arrested and charged with the following:
• Mischief - obstructs, interrupts or interferes with the lawful use, enjoyment or operation of property contrary to section 430(1)(c) CC
The accused was released on an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Espanola on June 15, 2020.
