On May 12, 2018, at 4:28 p.m., members of the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police were on general patrol duties on Stollery Place and Bouck Road in the City of Elliot Lake, Ontario.
Police conducted a traffic stop and recognized a male passenger to be breaching previous conditions. The male was subsequently arrested and charged.
Randolph Kunze, 34 years of age, of Elliot Lake, Ontario, was charged with:
- Fail to comply with recognizance, contrary to section 145(3) of the Criminal Code (CC).
The accused was scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Bail Court in Blind River, Ontario on May 13, 2018.
