On Nov. 28, 2017 at 12:02 a.m., the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) members were on regular patrol duties on Paris Drive in the City of Elliot Lake, Ont.
Police observed a vehicle with only one headlight illuminated. Subsequently, a traffic stop was conducted and investigation revealed that the driver's license was suspended.
Keiran Larin, 23 years of age from Elliot Lake, Ont. was charged with:
- Driving while under suspension, contrary to section 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act (HTA).
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Elliot Lake, Ont., on Feb. 7, 2018.
