On Feb. 28, 2021 at approximately 12 a.m., members of the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call of a disturbance at a residence on Ottawa Avenue in Elliot Lake.
Police attended the residence and learned a person inside was currently out on bail conditions to not be at that address and not to be in the presence of other people who were also at the residence. As a result, the person was arrested and charged.
Morgan Armstrong, 30 years of age No Fixed Address, was charged with:
• Fail to comply with undertaking (three counts), contrary to section 145(4)(a) of the Criminal Code
The accused appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice Bail Court in Blind River on Feb. 28, 2021.
