July 9, 1968 – September 2, 2019
Pete has started his journey to the spirit world. He leaves behind his 3 beautiful daughters Toni Belleau, Raven Moon Recollet and Thunder Moon Recollet as well as his grand daughters Christina, Layla and Ocean. He also leaves his siblings Donna, Keith, Sherman, Russell and A.J. All his Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews will miss him dearly. Predeceased by his mom Donna Morningstar.
Pete enjoyed a traditional way of life. He especially enjoyed being outside and walking everywhere he went. He liked sharing his traditional stories and spending time at Thunder Mountain. We will forever miss his unique laughter…we always knew when he was around.
A celebration of Pete’s life will be held at the Mississauga First Nation Cultural Centre, 64 Park Road, MFN, on Friday, September 13, 2019 between 11am and 3pm. Everyone is invited to come out and share their memories of Pete. Feast to follow.
